Akepur 150 Sandwich Adhesive – creamy, paste-like 2-component adhesive based on PUR, elastic adhesive gap, compensates different thermal expansions of parts being bonded, fast processing time (15 min), which is especially important for fast further treatment of bonded parts, already transportable within 1.5 h, grindable after approx. 6 h, high bonding power, good resistance to solvents, very low shrinkage, not UV-stable, mixing ratio 4:1
Used for the production of sandwich constructions. In this process, large area stone slabs (natural stone, quartz, ceramics) are bonded with various other materials (metals, PUR- and PS-foams, GRP, PVC, ABS). Suitable for vertical and horizontal bondings
